Jenn-Air W30400B Oven won't heat up - Appliance Repair Forum
Hi, I have replaced the clock on the oven twice and it is working fine still. Recently, however the oven would not heat up in bake mode, but when turning it to broil, the broiler element would come on and I could switch it to bake and the temp would stablize. Now the broiler will not come on. When in broil mode, the fan comes on only. I disconnected the clock and when re-connecting it I get the F- error code. I do not get any other codes. I suspect it may be the relay board but though I would ask before sinking another $150 into this oven. I should give up and dump it, but I like the oven, bakes well and still looks good. Any advice?

Jenn-air wall oven doesn't close & temperature is off ...
We recently moved into a new home. The appliances are about 2 1/2 years old. We have a Jenn-air wall oven/microwave combo. Model # is JM08130DD. There are two problems which may or may not be related. First, the oven door does not shut completely. In order for the door to properly close you have to push it in and hope that it stays, otherwise it remains open slightly and the oven light stays on. On our ovens in the past there was usually a slight resistance when opening the oven door. In fact you could leave the oven door slightly propped open for broiling or cooling. You are not able to do that w/ this door. When the door is open all the way it appears to be over-extended. Could this be a do it yourself repair or do I need to call in a repair person? The oven temperature is way off as well. Now of course this could be do to air leakage since the door doesn't close completely. But, the previous owner left a temperature gauge and the oven doesn't consistently heat to the selected heat setting. I could choose to set the oven at 400 degrees it may reach an internal temp of 325 or 450 or anywhere in-between. The back of the oven also cooks at a hotter temp than the front. I can bake a frozen pizza and the back of the pizza will burn or almost burn and the front of the pizza will hardly be baked at all. The convection setting does bake food a little more evenly but the back of the oven is still hotter. Can I re-calibrate the oven temp myself or would a repair person need to do this?

Jenn Air microwave/oven ?
Q: I hope SOMEBODY can help me... we have a Jenn Air deal in our kitchen model # JMC7000ADB... we have no owners manual. There is a Probe feature on the oven and the stupid thing beeps if the oven is on longer than 10 minutes. I guess when it gets to a certain temp., does anyone know how to turn it off??? I hit cancel, I try setting the Probe temp., the only thing that seems to make it shut up is when I open the oven for a moment, but as soon as I close it it starts beeping again. It's driving me crazy!!! x-(
A: Try turning the power off to it at the breaker and then find out about the probe later. (go to jetair.com ) Jenn Air model # JMC7000ADB for the manual
Jenn-Air oven/micro unit?
Q: We just moved into a house that has a built in Jenn-Air oven/microwave combo unit. Model # is: JMC7000 ADB.
It has a 'Probe' and a 'Drying' button on it, I have no idea what these do. Hoping someone can enlighten me. The 'Probe' beeps after I am done cooking and I have no idea how to make it stop...
