Not bad for an cheap iron
Does everything I'd keep in view (steams, retracts cord, turns on quickly) and the price is reasonable. The iron this one replaced was heavier, so it's a bit of an tuning to a lighter iron with less heft, but for what I paid, I can learn to live with it.

OK champion Iron, Good Price
I've owned a few irons. Last one was actually expensive. This works just as well. It's light, heats quickly and makes a ton of steam without spitting drops. No complaints except that it might be a infinitesimal bit unstable. If you sit it down it will stay put. However, it seems to fall over a lot while I'm moving stuff one the board. But, I am heavy-handed and the surface is on carpet, so who knows. I wouldn't spend more money for an iron. I gave it four stars because unless it irons the outfit for me, it doesn't deserve 5. HA! You want five stars, make it happen Jerdon.

I at the end of the day like this iron. It's light weight and it works really well. I work and hate housework but I "iron everything." This iron makes my ironing easier and impatient. At first the cord seemed to get in the way a lot but after two to three uses, it's relaxed enough so it gets out of the way. Very nice product.

It's workable, not aluminium as I thought.
On my unsettle to San Juan, P.R., this January of 2010. I stayed at the Howard Johnson Hotel, and in there closet saw for the first prematurely the Iron & Ironing Board Caddy, by Jerdon. The only exception was that the one they had was truly first class. It was made of cast aluminium and not phoney like the one I got from Amazon. It probably should cost only $5.00 and not 9.99, but it does keep your Iron & Ironing Food organized.

Cordial looking and nice price, but too small.
I wanted to like this iron caddy because the evaluation is excellent and the plastic feels solid and durable. The problem is that my iron does not fit interior. Many newer irons these days have larger bases and wider plates for convenience and safety, so they will not fit in the Jerdon caddy. If you have a proper, older or "college dorm" size iron this will work perfectly. If you have something that's larger like my T-Fal Ultraglide or any of the irons that have retractable cords, this won't profession.

Buy Cheap Steam Iron | Jerdon First Class JD84 Iron and Ironing ...
My JD84 is installed and worked out great. I like the fact that the board and iron mounts are separate pieces, because it gives you a lot more flexibility about where you locate things. I also like the cord holder because it does a good job of keeping it in place. One thing to keep in mind about the board mount is that it is probably best used with a board that has a T shape on the end of the leg. The wire used in the hook is about 1/8″ in diameter, and works best if the load is directly down, as opposed to a leg with a Y shape to it. The Y shape tends to distort the hook outward. Mine is Y shaped, and here is how I dealt with it: I drilled a hole in each leg about 10 inches from the end near the floor and then added a #6 1.5″ threaded bolt with two capture nuts in each hole. When I put the board into the mount, the bolt catches on the wire and hold at roughly the same width as it is without a board in the mount. A recommendation to Jerdon: weld a cross brace horizonally between the two hooks, and it will handle all types of board legs.

mail--EGADS!--what if the mirror broke in transit, then I'd have to
send it back, etc... Can I tell you how much I LOVE THIS MIRROR?!
It has slightly more magnification than the Conair model but it's
all the better to see you with my dear! And the mirror pivots on
the horizontal rather than vertical so it can be adjusted either by
using the "kick stand" in the back or by adjusting the vertical
tilt. And the manufacturer has added a little sticker over the
on/off switch for those who have no understanding/patience for
florescent bulbs (see, I did read the reviews) but, if you recall,
you had to hold down the on switch for the Conair as well.
Excellent price, Excellent product. It's been a long time since
I've been this satisfied with a mirror. LOL, hope this helps you
make your decision! I think that this product is okay. The lights on the product are
too small and therefore it does not have the ability to give off
enough light that one needs to do there make-up. The magnification
of the mirror is fine and the different selections for the type of
light, such as day, office or night is great. But the only flaw
that I find is the lights itself on the sides they are not bright
enough. First off, the gels for the lighting are not the best- they don't
give the same colored light cast on left & right. Also, this
mirror is attached horizontally, meaning the mirrors flip end over
end & not left to right. For those who may be wondering why
this matters, with the Conair (sp?), the mirror spins left/right,
so if you want to see a side-shot of your face, you can. Not with
this one. Side mirrors only close when regular mirror is faced
forward. If you MUST have a less expensive tri-fold mirror, this is
okay, but you'll be disappointed if you had a conair one and are
replacing it.
