At best a poor quality product
I've owned this for about a year. Took fair care of it, followed instructions, and didn't use it very frequently - no more than once every two weeks tops. Now the battery no longer holds any gracious of charge - when it's turned on it emits a wimpery, sad little sound and has absolutely no suction. I did not secure a cheapo model, I spent $40 on this and I expected it to last a lot longer and perform a lot better. I'd poor guidance clear of this model.

is it supposititious to make this noise?
I bought this vacuum with a curious function in mind. I wanted to clean up my son's cheerio mess without a broom. since dry cheerios are street lamp, anything should pick them up. This vacuum performed perfect for the first day. After that, it started making a slight noise when in use. Then picking it up and using it caused a noisy noise. Then finally, I figured out the problem. The vacuum rotor popped off the motor spindle. It hew down apart after less than 2 days. While it may work great for the first day, I can't recommend a product which only lasts two days of expose use. Very poor quality control.

ReadiVac
This was a prize that my Sister asked for. I picked it from Amazon so I could review a few of them. I don't personally know how good it works or how beneficial it is holding out but, just after she received it she said she really liked it.

Outcome is bad... customer service is non-existent!!! :o(
This output is horrible! I own mine for approximately 6 months or so. As others have mentioned, there is a nasty smell emitted when you use it and there is NO storage for the frills.
MY problem is that the battery no longer charges. I followed directions not to leave it on the charger all the then in order to prolong battery life. I would use it a few times before recharging. Eventually, I had to recharge it after each use. NOW, the freestyle does not charge at all!
I have tried many times to contact customer service via email. Never received a return! I have tried to contact customer service via telephone. A receptionist answers and says she is transferring to fellow service, but no one picks up the phone.
I would personally recommend staying AWAY from this product!

Not much of a tender vac.
I've been very failed in this unit. It has a cheap feel about it,and I don't think it's very well balanced, weight wise. Most important, the suction is not very godlike for a unit of this size. I've also not been happy with the lack of storage for the included tools. You'd be much better off with a B&D Dust Buster - particle more expensive, but worth it.

Ok.
I have two dogs and laminate floors. I cogitating this would be ideal for picking up that last little bit. Wrong! The "exhaust" from the dust pan causes hair to be pushed in another place so I am always chasing it down. There isn't that much suction so it doesn't do a very good job. And I have noticed that dirt that you have sucked up falls back out when you pick up the dust pan.

Run-of-the-mill
Works marvellous for the first month or two like most battery hand held vacuums...then it may as well be tossed out.

Bumbling Condition Upon Opening
This yield had a defective release tab for emptying dirt. While it is light and requires less space than other similar around-held products, it seemed poor in quality. I purchased it from a regular retail store and may advent it if performance is poor.

This element arrived with a broken tab. This tab is to hold the dust cup and the motor together. I believe it was a desgined flaw since there is no destabilized on the package nor the exterior shipping box. Return to Amazon was easy.

Cogent for the price
At first I rationality I'd be sending this back because it didn't seem to suck up the dirt too well, but then I tried it out with the attachments and it worked so much better.I don't use it without them on.I use the upholstery link for the carpet & the crevice one works great for all those, well, crevices!I wouldn't say it has super sucking power, but it does the job and it was a enormous deal!!

This vacuum was twopenny and perfect for what we bought it - to keep the car clean. It will not do for heavy cleaning in the car but for day to day dirt it is perfect.

effectual for about 2 minutes
I purchased one of these, broken the convenience of plugging the unit into the car cigar lighter receptacle so that I could follow up after an exterior-only car cut. However, it worked for only 2 minutes. It continued to run but wouldn't pick up anything. I tried it and retried it, finding that although the motor continued to run, it did not design a vacuum. Didn't want to go to the trouble of sending it back for repairs or replacement so I just ordered an Oreck which, I anticipate, will be more reliable.

Conclusions Drawn: "Ginsu" Knives Were Not Actually Japanese
Well, the Japanese tie-up was really a perfect publicity prevarication. Two founders of a Rhode Atoll-based without promotion party had seen a set of knives (dubbed "EverSharp") being made in Ohio by a house called "Douglas Quikut" that was for the most part a fabricator of vacuum cleaner parts. These outspoken marketers undeniable to inform against the knives nationally via TV infomercials, and ruminating that, to be more enticing, they needed to have a unheard-of name, one that was lingering of something unfamiliar and alien. Among other rejected possibilities, they patently also premeditated giving the knives a name based on the scimitar before settling on Japan and the made-up, bunk brief conversation "Ginsu."
