Unfortunate design
I've tried to be encouraging about this, tried to keep an open mind and gracious attitude, but I'm finally at my wit's end.
First of all, the original product that they sent didn't trade. The mechanism to shoot the spray didn't engage the bottle of cleaner--the core r of the unit. The company that I bought it from through Amazon (Polstein's Home and Beyond--now Floorcleaners, I believe) wanted me to send it back, but it's unworkable to disassemble after the two halves have been put together, so it's impossible to actually send back if it's defective.
After a few calls and a few emails, Bona sent me a replacement. This also didn't calling. I eventually convinced them to send me one and have them walk me through the assembly step by step to make persuaded I wasn't doing anything wrong. I should mention at this point that I'm not someone who typically has problems assembling things. I went retire b decrease by step through the assembly process (I even offered to hook up my webcam, but the technician was sure it wouldn't be vital.
No dice. Didn't work.
I finally convinced them to send me a unit assembled and tested.
Deplorably, that's not the end of the problem. The bottle of cleaner comes loose from the unit if you move the mop too quickly. After all the trouble I went through to get a item that actually gets the spray to work, I can't get the bottle to stay on.
For the amount of time and aggravation I've played out on it, I might as well get on my hands and knees and wash the floors with a rag. This is the worst product of its kind I've ever encountered and a practised example of a company who has a wonderful core product (I love my Bona floors) expanding into an square footage in which they have no expertise resulting in a product that does their brand more harm than good.
Do yourself a favor and stay far far far somewhere else from this product.

Bona Cleaner
We simply bought a fixer-upper home that has red oak pre-finished hardwood floors. The floors are a messs. I word for word sat down with the Bona Cleaner and cotton cleaning cloth. (the diapers you can buy at an auto supply store labour great.) I worked on a small area with the damp cloth and the cleaner. I continually washed out the the priesthood and recleaned the area numerous times. My husband had been working outside and was shocked when he came in and saw the dumfound. He was delighted and certainly impressed. I doubt anything had ever been done to the floor since 1979 when it was built. The home had been a rental and not bewitched care of since the landlord was living in a different state. After my success on the small area of dumfound, I tackled a real challenge: In front of the patio door! Once again, the floor responded after numerous cleanings. Once the floors have been cleaned and "Refreshed", I will use the mop I bought with the cleaner. But, due to the pitiful form of our floors, cleaning them by hand, as well as being "up close and personal", is my only option. It is wonderful to see the transformation promptly before my eyes. I highly recommend this product. If it can improve my floors, it can improve anyone's!

Pros tout this product
This is the greatest and easiest to use product I have found. The pros recommend this product and I believe they are right. It is not worth fooling around frustrating to find something less expensive. Just go for the best. One reviewer said it left streaks. I have not found that to be the case on my floors and barely everyone agrees. Perhaps that person had used some other product previously that Bona will need to remove. If you use only Bona from the start, I find credible you will be very happy. Use with the Bona mop or another good mop with a microfiber pad. I would not use disposable pads.

Leaves streaks!
I purchased this commodity because of the positive reviews. It left my floor looking dull and streaks are all over. I do not recommend this output.

I sweet this product....I have used it in Texas and California...It keeps my wood floors very cleanse and bright. I did try another brand,,,did not like.My wish would be to find the gal. size at my local ACE hardware store.
